This page explains what information Luxury Strategy House collects when you join the waitlist, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

What We Collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the name and email address you provide, along with which course tier you're interested in, if you choose to share that.

How We Use It

• To let you know when the course is ready and when enrollment opens.
• To send occasional emails related to the course — updates, early access details, and similar.
• To understand overall interest in each course tier, to help shape what we build.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Where It's Stored

Waitlist submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, and may be transferred to Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to send you course-related emails. Both are third-party services with their own security and privacy practices.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information until the course has launched and any related communications have concluded, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time, or unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send. To make a request, contact us at hello@luxurystrategyhouse.com.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address as part of delivering those fonts.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
